Kurt Shaver has helped companies grow their revenue for the past 25 years.

As a sales rep, Kurt discovered a talent for uncovering needs, communicating benefits, and differentiating his offer in a compelling manner. Ask him how a model airplane helped him closed a $10M data communications deal. Kurt won numerous Top Salesperson awards in the role of an individual contributor.

As his management responsibilities grew, he built sales teams at a number of fast growth companies. Teams that Kurt lead averaged between 22%-43% annual growth from 2001-2007. In the process, he developed the systems and skills to motivate and train salespeople to be successful.

Kurt started The Sales Foundry in 2008 to share his knowledge with businesses seeking to accelerate their revenue growth. The Sales Foundry accomplishes this growth through an innovative combination of speaking and sales skills training. Areas of expertise include using technology like CRM (e.g. Salesforce.com) and LinkedIn to increase sales.
